Why does BowlsHub say I am 'unfinancial' when I login?

Basically the programme is written and used in many countries, some charge to use their version but Bowls New Zealand who administers the programme doesn't charge but it is impossible to remove the statement form the parent programme. BowlsHub in no way has any information regarding yours or your Clubs financial position. Please ignore the statement and look for the 'Competition' button. Then the 'available' button.
